My Antivirus is showing as being turned off but it is fully functional

My Microsoft Defender Antivirus is shown as being turned off but it is on and fully functional. This is preventing me from working from home. I cannot access company portal as long as my antivirus status is stating turned off

screen document and printed document do not match.

When I print an OFFICE document (Word, Xcel) what is on the screen does not match the printed page. Seemingly random lines of text disappear on the printed document. This just started -- worked fine a few days ago. I have an Imac and a WP printer.
