I have paid for my subscription 28th August 2026, however my account has downgraded to 5GB (instead of 100GB) and my subscription shows as declined and that I should renew it. I have my receipt that this was paid , please advise me why this happened

issue in signing in to onedrive

the problem is that the files existing in sharepoint when i tried to work on it locally do not make syncing and the new excel files upload pending then i uninstall office and one drive and reinstalled it again but cannot sign in at all
