How to i turn off junk email filtering in Outlook.com

I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

not sure if this is still open but here's a fix ...

    • Logon to Outlook.com (OWA)
    • Go to inbox
    • Press the option "..." on ribbon above email
    • select "create rule"
    • select "it includes these words"
    • select "in the recipients address"
    • it was sent from" and add the address
    • add your email address
    • Under the heading "Do all of the following"
    • Choose "move the message to the folder"
    • Select "Inbox"

Or play around with the rules until you get the outcome you need!
