I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

Outlook.com is not a corporate service though, right?  O365 is the MS corporate offering, which seems fine re junk email.

    Hi Steve,

The issue that you've encountered regarding the email filters that are not working properly in Outlook.com can be caused by a server error. To ensure that your account server settings is configured properly, we suggest that you contact our Answer Desk team as suggested in the previous post.

We'll appreciate if you can send us an update.

Kindly follow these updated steps to add a person or domain to your safe senders list.

    1. At the top of the screen while viewing your Outlook web inbox, select Settings.
    2. Select Options > Mail > Junk email.
    3. Select Safe senders, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select the Add icon. Email from addresses or domains on the safe senders list don't get moved to your junk folder.
    4. Select Save.

We hope the information we provided helps.
