I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.
I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.
A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain. Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.
The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".
Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?
Something is badly wrong here!
Many thanks
Steve.

Here is an example. I go into a hardware store and buy some goods. My receipt come through email... great. Later I go into the same store and buy more of the same and the receipt goes into junk email, why?
If checking junk email become business as usual, then there is no point in having junk email filters- in fact it has the opposite effect by forcing you to go into the land of junk and browsing them for valid emails. Isn't the point to not know about junk?
I have a second concern here. My wife signs up to promotional emails. She likes to see the offers etc. So if I sign up to receiving and email, who are MS to decide it's junk and to hide it away? If I was a reseller, I would consider the legality.
The process of signing up to email and running proper unsubscribe services does not qualify as junk. So Clinque, Screwfix, Twitter, Selfridges... your emails are junk!
It is unsolicited email that qualifies as junk.
Some feedback :-)
Steve
you can't
Thank you for the response.
Were you able to perform the suggestions provided from my previous post?
We recommend that you make use of the Safe senders and recipients feature in your Junk mail settings. Messages received from any email address or domain in your safe senders and recipients list are never sent to your Junk Email folder. You may refer to the Safe senders and recipients section of this support article for the steps: Block or allow (junk email settings).
Give us an update on the result and we will be glad to assist you further.
