How to i turn off junk email filtering in Outlook.com

I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

Thanks for your interest.  I have had replies  from MS but they are not helpful and could have come from an automated robotic answering service.  They are basically implying that outlook.com was designed to be useless but that you wouldn't find it out until you were hooked and realised you'd have to pay an awful lot of money for a premium service to get a proper emailer.  It is obvious that the Junk filtering was specifically designed to do this.  Sigh.

There is no switching the Junk filter off unless you use Office 365 Business.

There's no point in leaving this topic "alive" as no real Microsoft Outlook.com team members are going to see these posts. Use the Feedback mechanism or outlook.uservoice.com to let them know any useful suggestions for improvement that you have.

    good luck!

I am not using outlook.com. I am using the Microsoft Office suite (may be Office365), provided by my employer.

Only if your email account is in Office 365 Business.

Accounts in Outlook.com cannot turn it off.
