How to i turn off junk email filtering in Outlook.com

I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

hi and it's nice to know people actually read these replies; and I agree with you that the MCS algorithm seems "unruly" (no pun intended). My situation arose from automatically forwarding emails from a long-used IMAP email address (webmail) to the Exchange-based Outlook.com address (to get the benefit of real-time email, task and calendar syncing in Outlook on both desktop and iPhone apps). Most of those emails found their way to the Outlook.com Junk folder despite designating my IMAP email address as a "safe domain". The rule I set up is working well but it only needs to recognise my IMAP email address (i.e., it's convenient that emails arrive in my Outlook.com account preserving the IMAP recipient email address "To: @mail.com" without converting it to the new Outlook address) - the rule then places all recipient "@mail.com" emails into the Inbox. But doing this for each multiple senders email address would be tediously frustrating and limiting. Often seems that these sorts of "quirks" in MCS applications drive users to frustration, even though I'm sure they could easily refine/address them with minimal resources. Cest la vie hey!
