Why won't authenticator send me a 6 digit code to log into Xerox.
I need a 6 digit code to log into Xero and submit my time sheet. Authenticator will only send me an 8 digit code. I've removed and readded the app. I've cleared the cache on my phone. Authenticator won't send anything to my back up email. HELP!
