I got a new phone and now I’m locked out of Authenticator

I recently got a new phone and I used the Authenticator app on my old phone for college. Now I have a new phone and it won’t let me sign back into my app without mobile authentication, but I don’t have my old phone to do that. I don’t know what to do because I need this app for college. Is there any other way I can sign into the app?
