Outlook is asking to type a / to insert files and notes

I have a client that is getting this box that is asking him to type a / to insert a file or notes. How do I turn that off

My client said this is on Outlook web. It only appears when creating a new message.

Hi Michael

Please ask them to try and compose a message when their browser is in InPrivate mode and check to see if the issue persists. Your client must navigate to the top right of your browser and click on the more options (…) and select either Inprivate or Incognito.

They may also try to clear their browsers cache, By going to the more options (…) then clicking on settings > cookies and site permissions >manage and delete cookies and site data.

Please let me know what Outlook version your client is using? They may refer to What version of Outlook do I have? (microsoft.com)
