Outlook is asking to type a / to insert files and notes

I have a client that is getting this box that is asking him to type a / to insert a file or notes. How do I turn that off

    Momo, how do you work for Microsoft and not know what this is??!?

    Open a email in web access and try to type a message.

    I got fifty bucks says you will try to throw your computer out the window after a few times of this bullish-t.

    This thread was more on point for my issue, which is "type @ to insert people and files". Note the answer is: You can't change it!
