Outlook is asking to type a / to insert files and notes

I have a client that is getting this box that is asking him to type a / to insert a file or notes. How do I turn that off

    Yes THIS!!! Who the F came up with this stupid "feature"?!?!!? Every time I try to type in my message it sends my cursor to the address bar and erases ALL the email addys I am trying to send it to AND will make for a different email?!?!

    Whatever programmer came up with this should be fired and kicked out of IT for life!!!

    How can Microsoft allow such bullish-t in its sh-tty products?!?!

    This just hit our office today, and has our managers getting angry.

    Please tell me someone has figured out a solution to disable the message. Not sure how this got passed testing.

    Man - that didn't do it for me.... Becoming a REAL issue as I respond to 100's of emails today.... Does Microsoft even look at these posts? We cannot be the only ones dealing with this issue...

    Major efficiency issues being caused - and if I lose emails, I lose money - and that is an issue.
