How to i turn off junk email filtering in Outlook.com

I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

Changes from the server can be one of the possible reasons why Outlook.com stop working correctly specially identifying the junk emails. To diagnose and properly perform the resolution, it requires delicate handling and utmost precision to avoid data or file corruption, we recommend that you contact our Answer Desk Technical Support team on how this can be done accordingly. To get in touch with them, click Call me back on this link.

An update from your Office concern much highly appreciated.

How about just allow us to turn this "feature" OFF!!!

I have Office 365 Home and Office 365 E3.  The E3 business seems to behave, the Home is beyond usable. See the image below and notice one thing... where is the junk?

Microsoft, please start taking this seriously.

I think these instructions are out of date.  Here is the screen I see...

These are the only options I see too.

I want to TURN IT OFF COMPLETELY.

This is an University alumni email account.

    Hi,

I am using the website Outlook.com (so the owa client).  Also the native email client in Windows 10.

    Hope this helps.
