How to i turn off junk email filtering in Outlook.com

I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

    Hi All,

We just want to make a follow-up. Was your issue with your email account junk folder resolved? If you need additional assistance, don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Regards.

The apathy and incompetence is staggering.

It's literally as if Microsoft support staff don't read the questions posted, then click a "generic follow up post" button to frustrate everyone.

I so agree. Important, obviously non-junk emails are junked. Domains and/or senders whose emails came through yesterday are in junk today.

This is absurd! I want the filter OFF! A junk folder that you have to check EVERY DAY is a nonsense.

Let me reemphasize Imelberg's point. Your junk filter doesn't work perfectly. That's a normal thing. I don't blame you for that. Also Google's junk filter doesn't work well, that's why I switched it off, which required some macro programming but at least it was doable. I find it unbelievable and inexcusable that only if one has a certain version of your program, one can switch off the junk filter.

We are a big organization, about 5,000 employees, all using your system, and I am sure that we are paying serious money for that. If at any point I have a chance to give feedback on the software we use, I will be very outspoken about the unbelievable paternalism of Microsoft preventing me from switching off a feature that I do not want. Companies that do not listen to their customers will at some point reap the consequences (and in this case, there is NO customer for whom it is important that the junk filter cannot be switched off -- it is pure customer harassment on part of Microsoft).

I agree. Dismissing this to a feedback forum where others must vote, means it not being taken seriously.

This is a bug, a flaw and needs to be managed in that context.

Yeah same - totally sick of their filters.  Like many others I'm perfectly capable of marking emails as junk if I get spam - let me decide.
