Is there any way to disable spam filter completely?

Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

    This does not work.  All email is scanned for spam before it hits the forwarding function.  Suspected spam including legitimate email is sent to the spam folder and never forwarded.

    Anecdotal evidence indicates that it makes no difference. I have marked as not junk, added the senders address to safe mailing lists and I have added the senders address and domain to safe senders… yet email from these senders still gets marked as junk (sometimes).

    There APPEARS to me no rationale for the behaviour.

    I found the solution. 

    Forward your message to another email provider and forget about it.

    I'm no fan of Microsoft's Junk Mail filter, but the messages that always end up there are ones I forward from other Outlook.com accounts.

    Is there any chance Microsoft figures forwarded messages pose more danger than messages sent directly to the recipient?

    I know of people who forward every message they get to the entire free world, so maybe that's the risk Microsoft is trying to minimize.

    Since Microsoft fails to participate in this discussion, I'm just searching for some logic, thanks!
