Is there any way to disable spam filter completely?

Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

    If not even having dedicated rules can prevent MS from putting important Mails in the Junk-Folder, there is definitely no "sophisticated AI" (ok, it could be a retarded programmed routine as well) magically solving this problem.

    I'm very curious if marking mail as "Not Junk" has any effect.

    I'm subscribed to a couple electronic #fakenews papers through an educational account, and no matter how many times I identify the mail as "Not Junk" it sill ends up in th Junk Mail folder....

    We have tried everything like putting in Rules for "Save Senders" or words contained also. Because some of our on Servers send Logs with very known format. Nothing helps. One specially annoying thing about this bug is, we have a lot of folders and rules for sorting. But after one marks a mail (where rules were ignored before) as "Not Junk" they will always be found in the main Inbox-Folder. A little off topic, but there is not a single MS Product were I can't find really hard bugs being ignored now. This includes even Visual Studio, Windows (they might even be security related because they involve User-Account transcendence, but I am not a "security expert", so I can't start a big wave for this), Skype and everything I use. IMO, Nadella is the worst that could happen to MS
