Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

Very much in favor of this idea.

Many legitimate mails end up in the spam box of Outlook Web Access.

After waiting and waiting for a reply and after a few days I open OWA and find replies in the junk box!

I then need to apologize to the sender for the delay in responding, explaining that it is Outlook sending mails into its junk box and that I need to specifically go in there to find their replies, bla bla, and just hope they 'buy' this, rather than seeing it as a poor excuse!

It may even be embarrassing when you are pushing for a reply and the reply ends up in a junk box. It gets worse when the reply is time-critical.

All in all it seems to me that this isn't in favor of Outlook.

Outlook Web Access does have some kind of 'import list of legitimate mail addresses', one needs to enter them one-by-one. Crazy.

Also there is also no way to set a 'forward to a secondary mail address'.

I am really sorry to say, I do like to work with Outlook, there is nothing wrong with that, but the way the junk mail is working in OWA is really crap!

Am using a 3rd party product to filter junk mail.

    later, this explains the above...

Seems to me that this shouldn't be considered as junk mail..?

You folks don't reply to ideas you don't like, do you?

So, whey don't you enable a rule allowing users to identify email address and direct the mail to the Inbox?

Can't you understand when someone used the word 'disable' it means they don't want instructions on establishing filters?
