Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

Having followed this "resolution", Outlook.com still sent some 40 emails into the junk folder (overnight), around 10% of which were not junk.
This shouldn't be difficult. If a tool is no longer doing the job as intended I want to turn it off, I don't want to create random rules that *don't work*.
The sweet irony for me is the email notifications I'm getting that this thread has been updated are going into junk - indeed outlook.com seems to junk messages from @microsoft.com by default...
What is even better is that Microsoft seems to randomly select 1% of the emails from my safe senders to move them into the junk folder.
Completely broken.

What the hell happened? A couple of years ago it worked perfectly, as intended. Today all emails are junk, apparently.
It's very simple, actually: years ago Outlook.com doesn't have this stupid filter made by morons with no abilities to development anything that works.... Now it has a stupid feature made by stupid people.
