Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

Perhaps it's a good idea to stop replying on this conversation but to open up again and again new questions. This might make the problem more obvious for Microsoft... So a lot of reports are hidden here and might never get the right attention. I know that this is not really "best practice" but it might help bringing the problem to the public and to Microsoft...
Ha. Outlook.com just popped up a "Would you recommend outlook.com to your friends?" survey question. I gave it 0 out of 10 and mentioned the bad spam filter and inability to disable it, as well as the URL to this thread.
Please do the same!
Same problem here.
Got heaps of legitimate email going to junk folder. In fact all the mail that ever makes it to the junk folder is in fact legitimate email.
We need to be able to turn off the junk mail filtering or at least be able to use a filter rule to work around it.
The junk mail filter is very inaccurate and overly aggressive.
