Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

Microsoft are obviously incapable of solving this problem. I note that they have actually reduced the amount of time that mail identified as Junk stays in the Junk mail box until it is deleted. perhaps they hope that by deleting our 'Junk' mail we won't notice that actually it wasn't Junk at all so they can then say that there isn't a problem. I'm now seriously looking at alternative to Word and Excel as I do not want any association with a company that is so out of touch with it's customers...and it's own software!
Microsoft… what does it tell you when the email notifications from the Microsoft community about the problems with the spam filter are marked as spam BY YOUR OWN SPAM FILTER!?!

The stupid spam filter is back ! It worked quite well during December 2016 but last week it started to mark all emails except those in "safe senders" as spam again.
Microsoft, fix it or allow to turn the thing OFF.
Agreed. I'm in the process of securing my own email domain name and using an email server service that doesn't force users to use worthless spam filtering. Using Zoho right now for some other addresses and it works great. They let the user determine if they want spam control on, what a concept!
Some erroneously filtered emails won't be forwarded, but it will only be a couple of months of monitoring my old **** Hotmail service until my important senders have my new legitimate email address.
Microsoft is terrible anymore, from eliminating Windows Live Mail to their horrid office365 bloated mess and their terrible windows 10 product. Can't wait until Android comes out with a full PC version.
