Is there any way to disable spam filter completely?

Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

HOW FUNNY 

I see these complaints from 2012 about inefficient Spam Filter (that you cannot disable)

is still going on almost 5 years later. 

Thing is:

• the filter doesn't work (every day 50% of the items in it are real messages that are not spam)
• there is no way to turn off the filter
• the only way to avoid this is to know in advance who is going to write you and then make them safe senders pretty hard since:
  • 1. Outlook on line will not add automatically addresses you correspond with like Gmail does, and
  • 2. I do not know who my new clients are that are writing me so how could I put them on Safe Sender, and
  • 3. who has the time to do all that when an algorithm could easily solve the situation

oh well I have just gotten used to treating my Spam as a second Inbox and check it regularly;

not exactly efficient!

@Wildabeast73 - As has been stated quite a few times, the two rules specifying with / without attachment still do the job just fine.  It helps to read the thread...
