How to fix Session id: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed], Correlation id: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

There is a link provided that we should click on and after clicking the link, the message about Session id: and Correlation id: pops up. Giving us no access to the forms to fill out. What should we do to solve this issue?

My Microsoft Forms timer stopped at 00:01 and never finished. It said answers would auto-submit when time ended, but when I pressed submit, it said "no longer accepts responses" — even before the timer elapsed. Were my answers submitted?
