Hi SH,
For the best possible assistance, please share the full wording or a screenshot of the error message so I can clearly understand the problem you're experiencing. Session ID and Correlation ID indicate that the request/action failed, but they are not the actual error message needed to narrow down the issue.
In the meantime, since you mentioned that the link gives you "no access to the forms to fill out", you can contact the form owner and ask him/her to check the form's settings:
- "Accept responses" is enabled.
- The start date has arrived, and the end date has not passed.
- The form's permission is correctly configured, for example:
- If "Only people in my organization can respond" is selected, make sure you use the correct account that belongs to the same school tenant.
- If "Specific people in my organization can respond" is selected, ensure your account is included.
- If "Anyone can respond" is selected, everyone, including you, should be able to access the form and submit a response
- Generate and send a new response link from Collect responses, instead of reusing an old or copied editing/collaboration link.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to share them in the comment below. I'm very happy to help.
