Microsoft family sharing subscription suddenly cancelled

All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

    Hi I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    This seems to be caused by an emerging problem with shared Microsoft 365 accounts, there are so many people reporting this problem for the last few hours, most likely there is a problem on the Microsoft servers and we will need to wait for them to resolve the problem from their side.

    The best option is to open the Feedback Hub app in Windows and report this their so their developers can then investigate this problem.

    This exact thing has happened to me too. Checked the status of the subscription and is current. Again I can't inviter my wife as it says I'm already sharing. Please help

    We are also having the same issue. Microsoft should reimburse its customers for lost productivity.

    Same issue tried on different device - same thing - Also my account does not show I am sharing from Wife's acount name but the subscription is paid up and renews in 10 months . Wife's account shows I am sharing - Waiting in contact queue - number 441

    Same here—it only seems to affect the desktop apps. I’ve unshared and reshared with the family member. Everything looks fine on the web: the shared license shows up, OneDrive storage is correct, and Office documents can be opened and edited in the browser without any issues.
