Access denied to Microsoft support

I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Thanks.

At one point when I was using Suppprt recently I got an Access (to support) denied response.

Nevertheless was able through Support to solve '365 not opening in updated Win 11'

Have no idea why there was an access denied response. I feel sorry for students under time constraints dealing with the Forum. Seems so unfair given Microsofts power and wealth.

Are you specifically having issues with the web page at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding?

Or are you seeing a different / bigger issue?

If you can access Help > Feedback, I recommend that you report the issue there as well. Or use the feedback portal at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/fb6d67e3-301c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472.

Weeks of this no "permission to access" support now, always intermittent per various reports, no explanation available. Could it be that Microsoft support resources are just not adequate for demand, and continuing so? Are smaller customers just being put at the end of a queue, so that larger clients can be properly served? I don't know, just asking. I am on the lowest rung, not even a 365 or any other kind of paying Onedrive customer. Microsoft putting out a notice about this would be reasonable, however......
