I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Thanks.

Encountering the same issue. Unable to find any way to contact Microsoft, as I am owed a refund for a subscription that should not have gone through.
Encountering this error:

I have tried various computers and web browsers.
What are the solutions here?
In the local version of Word for Windows, go to File > Account and look at the connected accounts that are listed there. Are you able to sign out and then sign back in, for example?
It's a bigger issue. The main issue is the following:
When I opened Microsoft Word, I was signed in, but there was a warning icon next to my profile name and picture. When I clicked on it, the notification said. "There's a problem with your account or device. Let's fix it. I pressed the "Continue" button, the app blinked and nothing happened after that.
Due to this problem, I logged into my account online and there were no notifications stating there was a problem. So, I proceeded to open my Word document from the online app. It opened fine, but when I asked for the document to be opened on the desktop app, it asked me to sign in using my email address and (PIN, Password or Code from Email). I tried all three and none of them worked. With every attempt, I received a pop-up notification that said "Access Denied. You do not have access to view this file. Would you like to request for permission on SharePoint?"

I am having a similar issue.

When I clicked on the "Contact Us" page, it gave me another "Access Denied" message that said, "Access Denied.
