Access denied to Microsoft support

I am using Windows 11 Pro and am a Microsoft 365 subscriber. I am looking to get support on a problem I am having with one of the Office applications. But, when logged into my Microsoft account I click on Microsoft support, I get the following message: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/%7Blang-locale%7D/home/contact" on this server".

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    same problem here. I have office 365 subscriptions attached to 3 different hotmail accounts and I get "access denied" on all 3 accounts on different browsers and different computers. Even tried an air card for connection so I wasn't on the same IP address, no luck. Called an IT tech that we work with who is a MS 365 provider and he gets the same message when he tries to go through his online help, so I'm assuming this is pretty widespread.

    June 28, 2024. Access denied to "contact Microsoft" via the link at the bottom of their home page.

    "You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/28808/microsoft-store-contact-support?" on this server.

    There have been intermittent issues recently and they have been reported to Microsoft.

    See if the https link at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-microsoft-store-purchases-4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0 works better.

    Same for me! It's really frustrating! Why is Microsoft doing this to me? It's only when trying to open the support page every other Microsoft page works for me.
