I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

    Yes same problem

MS are complete Corporate so and so's . Have never replied to anything really for me. They take your money and do nothing in terms of support afterwards. Yes there's millions of users but they aren't making a whole lot of effort for those that have spent real money on a genuine licence

    Dear Novel London,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your refund. To lodge a formal complaint, you can contact Microsoft Support by going to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request. The support engineers there have the correct escalation channel, and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket: Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us to escalate your complaint and get the issue resolved.

Note: End user need to contact Office 365 global admin to perform some standard procedure.

Important Note: If any organization's Office 365 Business/Business/Education subscription is from a unionized partner or reseller, and if the global admin can't open the service request on their end, they may need to contact the reseller's support provider so they can help the global admin open the service request on their end. after the Office 365 support team is able to participate in the service request.

I would really appreciate your valuable time. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator

Microsoft 365 has ruined my writing project. Suddenly, out of nowhere the following problems have disrupted my work:

An unwanted underline mark appears in my text from time. It is a very stubborn underline. I have been using WORD for about 50 years as a university professor. I was very fond of it. The problem started when I subscribed recently to Office 365. For example, my entire day today is ruined because of two persistent issues:

    • An unwanted underline
    • Down arrow is missing along the right hand side scroll bar

I tried a virtual assistant, a live agent and finally a live person who phoned me at my cell (1-236-833-5947). They have not yet resolved it.

Question to you: Is it possible to go back to pre-365 options of subscribing Microsoft office at an annual or longer subscription? I am very upset with 365.

    Sincerely,

Dr Harun Rasid, Emeritus Professor, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, WI 54601
