How do I dispute unauthorized charges

I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I’ve tried to contact you via phone & email.

Please help me!!!

Today in the morning i see in my credit card statement unauthorized credit card transaction from Microsoft company saying from MICROSOFT MICROSOFT 36 MSBILL.INFO

You have the same problem as i do. I am trying to get my 19.95 credit card charge refunded.

My experience with Microsoft was identical to yours. I checked my Microsoft account and discovered there was no record of any purchases corresponding those displayed on my credit card statement.

Accordingly I disputed the charges so it's now in Microsoft's court.

No help at all! Someone added themselves to a family account that I never signed up for and made 5 fraudulent charges then removed themselves from the account.

It seems impossible to actually talk to a person and get help
