I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

i have been areested by the saskaytoon police several of times and i am now reporting them here on msn they will charge me soon. bet 10 times on it with the world you know what they owe me
Yes - But Microsoft support, that use to be top notch has now become an AI adventure that only loops around its programing. Therefore - Its value is utter rubbish - when AI does not have an answer and just loops one around and showing the exit door - For example when a Bill query is pending payment which cannot be queried or challenged until it is charged and fully paid up. Everything leads to bills paid which trigger a possible refund. Beyond that - there is no humanoid at all that can assist - The service value quickly degrades to a rubbish non-existent service - customers are stopped from querying a live bill - if the bill is not paid customers are stopped from querying the unpaid bill - its a merry go round leading to no-where land- and talking to a heart beating human assistant is impossible. An irritant beyond description, possibly even unprofessional? Thanks
The charge for $18.01 for Microsoft Ultimate 1 does not show up on my order history. I want this charge removed from my Costco Citibank account.

I am in the same boat how do they get away with this. This should be reported. I tried to cancel the prescription but it's not in my name. When I try to cancel any further charges their reply is you have no charges even though there is multiple months when I say months I mean months. If someone can please help especially from someone at the Microsoft camp. I would appreciate it.
I have stage three cancer and can't keep doing this. If I call my card company they will shut it down and I won't be able to get any money. So I'll be taking all my money off first then reporting to my card company. It's a lot to go through and I can't handle it at the present moment. Any advice I would appreciate it
