I did not authorize this transaction. You all tried several times to withdraw this amount out my account from an email i don't even have.
I'm trying to understand y we can not contact anyone by phone this is a reason to stop dealing with this company all together. So if you come here I need you to do what I'm going to do which is inform everyone that IF a company doesn't care enough about you to even communicate with you then you should not spend your money there.
