Need help! I can't update my payment method for Microsoft 365

I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.

And I can't add a new credit card.

It keeps saying the same error message

"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."

Despite all info entered being accurate.

    Would you please check my Microsoft account and it shows the correct credit card on your files?

    I have received 4 emails from Dr. Shaw and 3 emails from Linda Washburn asking me for help in

    adding my credit card on my Microsoft account.

    This has been completed since January 10, 2024 and my payment was applied correctly to the

    credit card on file.

    Please stop sending me emails regarding this issue and 7 emails received today (November 11, 2024)

    is ridiculous. I am tired of seeing these emails so please take the time to correct your files and it will

    be much appreciated.

    I'm sorry but there's no place to change the card number - what place am I supposed to be looking for? Where do I find it? It's not on My Account page - where is it? Please help me here. Repeating the instruction isn't working for me.

    D.R. Shaw - Add your new card with the new number and new expiration date. Then, remove your old card.

    How do I do that?

    I just tried it again and I didn't see any option for removing a card. And it's not the same card number; they sent me an updated card with a different number - just fyi.

    Please provide more info, thanks in advance.
