Need help! I can't update my payment method for Microsoft 365

I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

2024-11-11T19:01:52+00:00 You didn't ask this question of Microsoft. This is a COMMUNITY within Microsoft for people to ask questions or to find answers to questions they may have wondered about. So, you asked it to the group who has been discussing the issues with payment of Microsoft account, because some are having difficulties with finding out what to do with payment, such as when their payment arrangements needs to be changed. So, S.R. asked for help and I did give this person instructions on what to do, and they were able to make the needed changes. The original person who began this topic in this Community wasn't you. It was Michelle de la Merced. If you don't want to be notified any longer, it's easy to stop getting these notifications. Simply scroll down and UNCHECK the box that says "Notify me when someone responds to this post."
