I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

D.R. Shaw - Completely remove the card that has expired, then choose to add a new card. Put the same card number with the new expiration date.
Completely remove the credit card you use, then add it back again.
I’ve been having the same issues as the person above. Like many others I desperately need to get this issue sorted. I use Microsoft for my university studies and am not able to contact my tutor or send in assignments without the account!
