Need help! I can't update my payment method for Microsoft 365

I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.

And I can't add a new credit card.

It keeps saying the same error message

"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."

Despite all info entered being accurate.

    Hello.

    There appears to be two registrations for my 365 Account.

    Why would that be so?

    My Bank shows your direct debit receipt of payment of $14.00 per month each month.

    However, you are sending me constant reminders that my subscription has lapsed since July??? How could that be so as my bank's statements clearing shows that you are actioning and receiving the lease payment of $14.00 per month. Why is that so? Please investigate and report back to me.

    Also, because I have been scammed, I wish to lodge a NEW, REPLACEMENT PAYMENT CARD for the continuation of my $14.00 per month lease payment.

    Please come back to me soonest.

    every time i try to update my payment details i get directed to my account but when i do so it doesnt recognise my password and wont let me connect with microsoft, when i try to change my password it tries to get me to log in as a new subscriber, it is infuriating, i am just trying to give you info but it is impossible

    I cannot update my payment method. Visa card was deactivated. It is now reactivated and it's the same Visa card with the same number. Please add my payment.
