Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Yesterday I had no junk emails get to my inbox. Today I had one make it to the inbox. The problem seems to be fixed for me. I'm glad. Hope it gets fixed soon for everyone else.
This morning found 37 in junk mail box (including 2 from trusted senders) and 5 in Inbox. Improvement of sorts!
22nd February: Problem seems to be solved for me. I cleared junk from inbox and yesterday and today's junk gone into junk folder as per Outlook settings. I will see if the problem happens again.
Yep. Day three and the amount of spam going to the inbox is increasing. Seems to be about 50% of total spam deliveries.
Issue is back. Getting less of it but still getting a good amount of ****.
