Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Support is useless.. I have written to them 3 times so far and no answer.. I had this happen to me last year but that was solved by deleting and re-download the app, which I have done 2 times not working this time
still getting some junk in inbox, so problem not fixed 100%
Updated password right out of the box early AM yesterday. Did not help on little bit!!!
