Office blank white screen

When I open the Office app, only a white blank screen is displayed. This occurs on my laptop, and suddenly started showing the white screen on my PC as well. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop and Windows 10 on my PC. I tried repairing it, then resetting Office, but that did not help. All of the apps work as expected like Word and Excel, only the Office app is exhibiting this behavior.

Have you tried signing into office.live.com? I've heard some of the features used in the standalone apps aren't in the online version, but it may be a start to getting your files.

Are there any updates on a fix for this issue? My office opens to a white screen. I've also noticed that my system doesn't play a video that used to work fine. I'm concerned that this recent update has created a big problem. Is anyone working on a fix???

I'm having the same issue, just a white Screen. And I've already tried all of the standard tricks: I've restarted. re-installed, I uninstalled and re-installed with Office scrubber, did a virus scan, ran as administrator. NOTHING worked.

I have the same issue as well. I did a full factory reset of my brand new Surface Go 2 and it's still showing a white screen.

I can, however, open the apps individually using their own launcher.

Waiting for a fix I guess!
