Office blank white screen

When I open the Office app, only a white blank screen is displayed. This occurs on my laptop, and suddenly started showing the white screen on my PC as well. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop and Windows 10 on my PC. I tried repairing it, then resetting Office, but that did not help. All of the apps work as expected like Word and Excel, only the Office app is exhibiting this behavior.

    Hi there,

    will there be a updated for the office app?

    our workaround (or a replacement) is to use Web browsers that are progressive web app compatible (Edge and chrome). When dealing with a Microsoft product it was best to use MS Edge.

    1. sign into Microsoft Edge browser using the Microsoft work or personal account.
    2. go to office.com and sign in
    3. on the office.com home page, click on the '...' at the top right hand corner of edge next to the avatar/profile picture
    4. go to apps-->install office
    5. you then have a choice to create a taskbar and desktop shortcut

    e.g. On the taskbar, type "Outlook" in the search panel, right-click on 'Outlook App' then click "Pin to Taskbar" and run it from the Taskbar.

    If it's not there then sorry :( but I can do this with Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

    Worked for me thanks. I did get a new office shortcut on the Task Bar in addition to the old one. The old one still didn't work, the new one does. I've just unpinned the old one to avoid confusion. Thanks.

    Nope. No "3 squares with an arrow icon."

    That has not worked for me. Clicking shortcuts anywhere just results in a blank white screen.
