Can’t login to Facebook because Authenticator app didn’t backup and save credentials

I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

    go to log in page..

    click "need another way to authentiction"

    then

    click

    "oterh option"

    "get more help"

    by this time, should see "upload your ID"

    As said, I have beem uploading my ID to facebook for reseeting my log in issue..Guess what?? Facebook just ignores you... I had to gvie up. Anyway, this is the way facebook put on their web site for log in issue.. Good Luck

    Hello Nancy,

    I cannot get the Authenticator to generate a code so I haven't been able to access my FAcebook account for the past few months. Who did you contact with your passport info, etc?

    Hi

    Yes, Just need a link from Facebook to unlock your a/c. Problem even unloaded more than 10 times your ID/Passport, Facebook just doing nothing, not helping you.. I gave up, and will not touch any products of Facebook. Facebook has no customer service, simply put.
