Hi Microsoft staff,
I currently no access to my business account.
I have called support on 2 occasions (2******7) and (2******6) this first being 9 days ago now.
I understand only the data protection team can help me regain access
I have been advised there is usually a 48 hour turn around; however, there is a backlog due to Covid-19.
Can someone please escalate this matter and call me asap? We cant produce any work at the moment for our clients or respond to queries. Everything is run through 365.

How can I be nagging more than that? Just submitted a forth ticket for the same issue: 24986248
My goal is to create a new ticket every hour until I receive a call... No other options!!
Don't bother waiting for therm, keep nagging, not us. "We" on this forum are mostly unpaid volunteer users with no access to MS staff. There are a (very) few MS staff who can pass your complaints on, if they feel like it.

If they "promise" to call back, demand the support person's contact information and a specific date and time (don't accept all day!). When they miss the call back (as they all too frequently do!)
