I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

    Same problem with Windows 7.  I had installed the 2013 software and was attempting to install Visio.  ALSO, after exiting Excel 2013 and then reopening the program, it couldn't find it, e.g. nothing started.  The same thing happened on Word 2013.  I restarted my PC and nothing works again.  TMF

    go to the problem installing office 13 or 365 and click on the fix button or just go and remove the program in you add and remove programs . then reload it. mine did it and is working fine
