I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    I am getting the same "Something Went Wrong" message.  Also getting this as the reason:

    "Office can't do that right now because your product is busy with another task.  Please wait for this task to complete and try again."  I have NO other tasks running at the time.  Can you please help?

    You should really start a thread of your own, posting here would generally mean that you want to complain rather than fix the issue.

    As here you would have seen this asked multiple number of times to call support for speedier results.

    Also there are multiple errors related to the something went wrong series, so posting in a singular thread does not necessarily get it to the notice of MS.
