I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

    I have to say, I have been installing Office 2013 on a number of my clients computers for a couple of weeks and I have found the installation to be basically intolerable. I will not be recommending any more of my clients upgrade to 2013. Microsoft with this **** version has opened the doors wide to their competitors. Office was never that great to begin with, but now it is basically horrible.

    Je n'ai aucun de ces problèmes, j'ai déja essayer d'appeler l'assistance téléphonique on m'avais assure qu'on me rappelerais il y a de ça 1 mois, jamais je n'ai eu de coup de fil, j'ai le meme problème que la plupart des gens on m'affiche "Un problème est survenue... désole nous avons rencontrer un problème" j'avais pourtant besoin en urgence de ce logiciel pour mes études ... j'aurais bien voulu avoir une reponse et surtout de quoi resoudre ce problème..
