I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    I have to say, I have been installing Office 2013 on a number of my clients computers for a couple of weeks and I have found the installation to be basically intolerable. I will not be recommending any more of my clients upgrade to 2013. Microsoft with this **** version has opened the doors wide to their competitors. Office was never that great to begin with, but now it is basically horrible.

    I agree with you  I am  very upset about office  and.Windows 8 is a very hard to master I do not LIKE it

    PC is telling me I need a Service Pack for Windows 8, which is not available. Please do not charge me 365, the download crashed.

    What do I do if Office365 refuses to let me uninstall? Every time I try, I get an error message that tells me "Could not uninstall program. Try again later". Please respond.
