I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    Turns out Verizon had installed the wrong program for my Broadband connection so I was barely connected at best.  Yet another Verizon snafu!  Thanks for your help!

    I cannot install office after I write all the numbers on the card an ad appears showing they can no do it because the computer is doin other tasks

    I'll get this all together.

    I  have been trying all yesterday afternoon and left download running all night.  Office appeared unchanged this AM.  If you suggest I remove what is installed, I won't.

    As I am running out of time, either send me a disk, reimburse me, or I shall file in small claims.  If I have not received a disk or reply my Tuesday,  which is when I'll get back to this, I'll file in small claims at my convenience.
