I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    I have been trying all yesterday afternoon and left download running all night.  Office appeared unchanged this AM.  If you suggest I remove what is installed, I won't.

    I just purchased a new Toshiba Satellite  L875D-L870 laptop and bought Office Home&Business 2013 and cannot get it to work.  The program appears to be on my computer but I cannot open any of the applications like Word.  What went wrong?
