Hi we have the same issue, is there any news?
We have the same problem with some phones. Others that are identical work, but strangely enough.
With one, we found out that if we close the mail app, deactivate WiFi and then open the app again, the message goes away and emails are received. After that, you can turn WiFi back on until it happens again the next day.
Can anyone reproduce this?
Hi,
The same scenario here, we are using Samsung email app version 6.1.95.14 for corporate Android devices (Galaxy A35; A55, Galaxy TAB S6-Lite, Galaxy TAB Active4 PRO etc)
If the account (EXO mailbox) is added from scratch, it works until next day. When app is asking for authentication the error message appears. What is strange is the fact that in Intune Sign-in logs, the authentications status is "succes".
I made a test with one mobile that is unmanaged by Intune, downgrade the app version to 6.1.94.2, I waited for the next day and reauthenticated with succes.
Switching to Outlook app for entire organization is not a solution for us now, so we really count for good advice here.
Thank you!
