Unable to complete authorisation as their is no interactive call in progress

I changed my microsoft password, now on my android phone i cant sign in to my email account.

I enter the new password, then enter the generated number on the authenticator, but then i receive the above message

I am able to access my emails on my laptop, but not my phone

    Same issue here. Samsung s22 ultra. Issue with Samsung email app connecting to o365 hosted company email account which uses adfs sso. Removing account from app and then re-adding works for about 24 hours then issue comes back.

    I`m struggling with the same issue.

    Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro 5G (Full Company Managed)

    App: Samsung Mail App

    None of your provided steps seemed to help so far.

    Is there by any chance a new bug between the Samsung Mail App and Microsoft Accounts?

    Hello,

    Same issue for me on my S24. I reinitialized my password on my MS365 company account Monday 25 and since then, impossible to reset my password on my "samsung email app".

    Do you foresee any solution to that issue which is very annoying as it doesn't allow me to have my emails on my phone?

    FINALLY!!

    i have just tried and can confirm:

    Version 6.1.95.14 from Google Play Store --> NOT WORKING

    older Version 6.1.94.2 from Galaxy Store --> WORKING!!
