Does the new outlook app have the junk mail filtering like the app that 365 has?

No, my new Outlook does not have junk mail filtering like the old Outlook, the "report junk" tab does nothing except remove the selected email from the Inbox. It does not filter mail from the same source again. I keep getting the same unwanted source emails ad infinitum. When I go to Layout, there are no options available for Junk Email. There is no option to add or delete a source. There is no list of deleted sources. This is plainly an unaddressed problem. Old Outlook worked perfectly.

It does not. Junk mail reporting is buried in report a concern. You cannot one tap report junk mail anymore in either Mobile or desktop, only web.

The available options will depend on the type of account. That said, the new Outlook is less capable than the old Outlook in many respects.
